Process
01. Land
Whether you have selected the perfect site, or you would like us to help find it for you, we will help you to design a home that is perfectly suited to the land. Once the site has been confirmed, your new home design and build process begins!
02. Design
Choose from one of our fully customisable house plan designs or let’s start from the drawing board and create a completely bespoke design for you. We take pride in listening to your requirements and bringing them to life.
03. Construction
Watch as your home comes to life. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your build and work together during the time to help you choose everything from tiles, to paint to tapware.
04. Move In
It’s time to handover the keys for you to enjoy your brand new home!
